Festival locations – Indoor venue is at the Recreation Center, 1046 Daytona Avenue and Saturday only appraisals at Sica Hall, 1065 Daytona Avenue, Holly Hill, FL  32117.                Driving directions

Festival Dates – Saturday, April 4th and Sunday, April 5th, 2009.

Festival Hours – 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Sunday

Booth space availability – over 50 indoor dealer spaces setup inside.

Set-up Time – Setup is 1-7pm on Friday, April 3, 2009.

Tear-down Time – Exhibit space must be vacated by 7:00 PM on Sunday, April 5th.

Public Admission Price – free.

Existence – 6th annual festival.

Vendor Parking – free behind City Hall, 1065 Ridgewood Avenue, at the Recreation Center, 1046 Daytona Avenue and in Hollyland Park, 1046 Ridgewood Avenue. Sica Hall, 1065 Daytona Avenue intended for Sica Hall dealers only.

RV Parking – no overnight parking.

Restrooms – available at the Recreation Center.

Security – provided by City of Holly Hill.

Food – vendors will be on site Saturday and Sunday.

Beverages – vendors selling Coca-Cola products only will be on site Saturday and Sunday.

Tables – two free 6' tables with paid contract.

Chairs – 2 chairs per booth .

Miscellaneous details – indoor event.  Guests may bring antique and collectible items and get opinions of value from accredited antique and collectible appraisers gathered inside Sica Hall.  A nominal fee applies for each piece evaluated.

Advertising – marketing on the Internet, in local media(Saturday, april 4th, 2009) as well as out of area advertising.
